Strategic Plan 2025 – 2028: Amplifying Impact

The WorkCover WA Board is pleased to announce the release of the WorkCover WA Strategic Plan 2025 – 2028: Amplifying Impact.

Amplifying Impact provides a single, forward-focused vision for WorkCover WA, providing a roadmap for the agency’s key priorities and initiatives over the next three years.

The strategic plan is built around three key strategic priorities:

  • Delivering Strategic Scheme Management
  • Improving Service Provider Capability
  • Building Culture and Systems.

The WorkCover WA Board, Corporate Executive, and staff are committed to the strategic direction outlined through these priorities. On the journey to deliver a workers compensation and injury management scheme that works for all, Amplifying Impact ensures WorkCover WA’s activities and resources are aligned to achieve this outcome.
