Publication of submissions on proposed Act amendments

Recently, WorkCover WA consulted with stakeholders on proposed amendments to the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 with a focus on addressing implementation issues that have arisen since 1 July 2024.

WorkCover WA received 22 submissions in total from 21 stakeholders, with one submission withdrawn. The consultation process has now closed and WorkCover WA has published those submissions that did not request confidentiality on the WorkCover WA website.

WorkCover WA thanks all stakeholders who made submissions and for ensuring your voice is heard by WorkCover WA and the Minister. A consultation report has been submitted to the Minister for Industrial Relations.
