WorkCover WA Online Technical Issue

*Updated 16/12/2025 – The technical issue has now been resolved. Documents to be lodged to the Conciliation Service or Arbitration Service must again be submitted through the Electronic Document System (EDS), unless the person lodging is EDS exempt. 

The WorkCover WA online portal is experiencing a technical issue and logging on may be an issue for users of the Electronic Document System (EDS).

Conciliation Service: Pursuant to Rule 28 of the Conciliation Rules, the Director permits the lodgement of documents in PDF format and not exceeding 100MB via email to conciliation@workcover.wa.gov.au for the duration that the EDS is not available or until further notice from the Director.

Settlements and common law elections can also be lodged to the conciliation mailbox.

Arbitration Service: Pursuant to Rule 63 of the Arbitration Rules, the Registrar permits the lodgement of documents in PDF format and not exceeding 100MB via email to arbitration@workcover.wa.gov.au for the duration that the EDS is not available or until further notice from the Registrar.
