New WorkCover WA Explanatory Guide: Coverage of Contractors

It can sometimes be difficult to work out whether certain contractors fall within the definition of ‘worker’ in the Act – or are excluded – when an employer or their insurer broker is applying for, or renewing, a workers compensation insurance policy.
