New Fee Orders Released
The Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 provides for the Minister for Industrial Relations to fix the fees payable for:
- medical services
- allied health services
- workplace rehabilitation services
- permanent impairment assessment services.
WorkCover WA is pleased to advise that new Fee Orders were published in the Government Gazette on Friday 10 October 2025. The Fee Orders apply a 3.96% increase to current fees.
Please note the 2025 Fee Order for allied health services contains a new item: OCC11 – Comprehensive Report for occupational therapists.
