New Developments – Conciliation Service Is Moving Online

WorkCover WA’s Conciliation Service and Arbitration Service provide dispute resolution services to workers, employers and their insurers. The CAS registry handles huge volumes of paper to enable dispute related documents to be processed, recorded and provided to parties. Each year, more than 2000 applications for conciliation are filed by post, over the counter or via email or fax.

As part of the Western Australian government’s commitment to A Digital WA, WorkCover WA is progressively implementing digital and online services across our service areas. Certain Conciliation Service registry functions will be moving online in 2019.

WorkCover WA is working with CAS stakeholders to ensure the new online functionality meets the needs of the agency, workers, employers, insurers and their legal representatives.
