Lodgement over closedown period

Whilst WorkCover WA will be closed for the festive season from Thursday 25 December to Friday 2 January inclusive, both the Conciliation Service and Arbitration Service remain accessible for the lodgement of dispute, settlement and common law documents via the WorkCover WA Online Portal (the EDS).

In the unexpected circumstances that the EDS becomes unavailable during this period, documents can be lodged via email to:

Documents in PDF format and not exceeding 100MB

Arbitration Service: arbitration@workcover.wa.gov.au

Documents can also be post or hand delivered to our office between 8.00am and 5.00pm on business days during this period by persons exempt from using the EDS.

Please note documents lodged over the festive period will not be processed until 5 January 2026 and time limits continue to apply in accordance with the Conciliation and Arbitration Rules.
