Dispute services during holiday closedown
Whilst WorkCover WA will be closed over the festive period, from Wednesday 25 December to Wednesday 1 January inclusive, both the Conciliation Service and Arbitration Service remain accessible for dispute, settlement and common law document lodgement via the WorkCover WA Online Portal (the EDS).
In the unexpected circumstances that the EDS becomes unavailable during this period, documents can be lodged via email to:

On 27, 30 and 31 December, documents can also be lodged with the Security Officer at the front desk by persons exempt from using the EDS. The office will be closed for all other purposes.
Please note that documents lodged over the festive period will not be processed until 2 January 2025 and time limits continue to apply in accordance with the Conciliation and Arbitration Rules.
