You can obtain insurance cover from any of the insurers approved by WorkCover WA and the Minister to provide workers’ compensation insurance. You can shop around to get the best policy for your business.
You may find it beneficial to use an insurance broker to negotiate with an insurer on your behalf.

Insurance brokers don’t have a legislated role in the Act. However, their operations are guided by an Insurance Brokers’ Code of Practice which was developed collaboratively by WorkCover WA and the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) to provide clear guidelines for brokers operating within the workers’ compensation system.
