A WorkCover WA representative can deliver presentations on request to employers for groups of 20 or more.

How to request a presentation

To request a presentation you will need to provide at least 30 days notice and complete the Presentation Request Form available on the Events and presentations page. Presentations will ordinarily run for 60 minutes (inclusive of time for questions and discussion) and provide an overview of the workers compensation system, injury management, dispute resolution and the roles and responsibilities of key parties within the system.

Training is available in Western Australia from a number of providers. Select the most appropriate training based on your training needs. Examples include:

  • Insurance companies

    Contact your client service manager or insurance broker for details of their training program on claims and injury management.

  • Self-insurance schemes

    Contact your client service manager for details of their training programs.

  • Employer associations

    Contact your association for training in workers’ compensation and claims management.

  • Health and safety training organisations
