Workers: Overview

The Western Australian workers’ compensation system is designed to help injured workers return to work successfully.

If you are injured in the workplace, seek first aid and report the injury to your employer. As soon as possible, visit a doctor to obtain a First Medical Certificate and complete a workers’ compensation claim form.
