How to become a registered agent To become a registered agent, WorkCover WA recommends you read How to Apply for Registration as an Agent, and you need to complete an Application for Registration form - both available via links to the right. The application should be filed at WorkCover WA together with all necessary supporting documentation. This form should also be used for your renewal as a registered agent every 12 months.
There are regulations that apply to registered agents contained within the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 1982 (as amended by the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Amendment Regulations (No.2) 2005).
