Professor Ranavaya will visit Perth in April 2011 to deliver four workshops on the use of the AMA Guides. The WorkCover WA guides, which apply to all assessments of the degree of permanent impairment arising from an injury, are based on the AMA Guides with modifications to reflect Australian clinical practice.

Each of the workshops stands-alone and will be held at The Boulevard Centre, Floreat Park.

Review of AMA Guides 5th edition methodology (ie. spine and limbs)
  • Workshop 2:
Advanced case studies based on AMA 5
  • Workshop 3:
Clinical practice Guidelines for occupational injuries/Diseases
  • Workshop 4:
