Communication, consultation and participation are vital components to the Injury Management Process. This process needs to start from the moment we induct a new employee into your organisation. The focus can some times only be on Occupation Safety and Health, however there is the need for communication on Injury Management.
Sharleen will highlight the importance of communicating to all parties and, working together, to get an injured worker back to the workplace as a valued member of the team.
