Communication, consultation and participation are vital components of the Injury Management Process. This process needs to start from the moment we induct a new employee into our organisation. Our focus is often only on Occupational Safety and Health but we need to also be communicating our philosophy on Injury Management.

Sharleen with highlight the importance of communicating to all parties, and working together, to get an injured worker back to the workplace as a valued member of the team.
