New Publications

WorkCover WA has released a number of new publication which can be accessed in the Publications and Forms channel including:

Self insurance in Western Australia: A historic and current overview
This report provides a broad overview of self insurance arrangements in Westen Australia.

Common Law proceedings in Western Australia
The purpose of this report is to provide summary information about workers' compensation legislation relating to common law and an overview of trends in common law claims in Western Australia.

Scheme Performance Report
This report contains up to date information on outcomes and activity within the WA workers' compensation scheme.

Prescribed Amount


The 2007-2008 Prescribed Amount is effective from 1 July 2007. To access the document click on the 'Rates, Fees and Payments' in the 'Publications and Forms' channel.
