User-Friendly DRD Approved Forms

The first ten (10) DRD Approved Forms now have improved functionality to make them more user-friendly!

See the new forms here.

Please contact us if you have any suggestions or comments regarding these new and improved forms.

There will be a gradual phasing-in of the user-friendly Interactive Word versions of all 27 DRD Approved Forms by the middle of March, 2008.

We welcome your feedback regarding the DRD forms. Please email postmaster@workcover.wa.gov.au
