Welcome to the seventh and one year anniversary edition of the DRD e-link!

This edition contains the following exciting information:
  • results of our recent annual Stakeholder Survey
  • a brief review of the recent Supreme Court of Apeal decision
  • practice and procedure tips for those with disputes before the Directorate

The September edition and other editions are available through the WorkCover WA website.

The DRD E-Link is a valuable way to communicate the latest information and news from WorkCover WA's Dispute Resolution Direcotorate (DRD).

Regular items include feature articles, news, notes on practice and procedure, and other useful information.

The DRD E-Link newsletter was established in September 2007and is released on a two monthly basis.
