Renewal of Workers Compensation Approved Insurers

Approved Workers Compensation Insurers have been invited to submit applications for renewal of their approval to issue workers’ compensation policies to Western Australian employers.

Under section 161 of the Act the Minister may grant or renew approval of insurers to issue workers’ compensation policies to Western Australian employers. The ministerial approval of seven of the eight currently approved insurers expires on 31 March 2012.
