Revised public hospital fees for compensable patients come into effect on 1 July 2011.

Public hospital fees for compensable and motor vehicle third party insurance patients in WA are regulated by the Department of Health under the Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927.

The Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable Patients) Amendment Regulations 2011, which set out the revised fees, were published in the Government Gazette on 3 June 2011.
