Revised public hospital fees for compensable patients come into effect on 1 July 2012.

Public hospital fees for compensable and motor vehicle third party insurance patients in WA are regulated by the Department of Health under the Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927. The Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable Patients) Amendment Determination 2012 sets out the revised fees and was published in the Government Gazette on 15 June 2012.
