Positive feedback for Part XII Workshop

On 3 December 2008, the Dispute Resolution Directorate held a Stakeholder workshop on Part XII applications in response to feedback received at a meeting of registered agents.

Arbitrator Wendy Powles and Registry Coordinator Nikki Rozells conducted the workshop.

Forty stakeholders attended the Part XII workshop, with representation from workers, employers  and service providers.

Feedback about the presentation was positive with participants eager to take part in future workshops.
