The Costs Committee have finalised their review of the costs scale for legal practitioners and registered agents appearing before the WorkCover WA Dispute Resolution Directorate.

The Minister approved the Costs Committee's Determination, made pursuant to section 271 of the Act, on 23 October 2007.

The Costs Committee's Report and Determination was published in a Special Government Gazette on 7 November 2007 and will take effect from 14 November 2007, in keeping with the original implementation date of 14 November 2005..
