Participants gave positive feedback to an information session delivered by Judge Philip McCann, Dispute Resolution Directorate Commissioner, on the Pilot Program for the DRD Fast-Track Arbitration System, held on 13 August 2009.

The purpose of the Pilot Program is to examine the feasibility of "fast-tracking" dispute resolution options and in particular simplifying the entry requirements for proceedings in the DRD.

Judge McCann has kindly made the seminar notes, case studies and flowchart available to stakeholders.
