The presentation provides you with information about how the workers’ compensation system works, the rights and responsibilities of the parties in the system and the most commonly applied provisions of the Act.

The presentation is designed in such a way that it can be used as a self-learning tool. This has been achieved by the inclusion of case study exercises throughout the presentation. Answers to the case study exercises are provided at the end of the presentation.
