'Fast tracking' matters

Practice Direction No. 1/2010 (PDF - 120kb) simplifies the application procedures for 'fast tracking' matters in the Dispute Resolution Directorate.

Introduced on Friday 5 November 2010, the revised system provides, by written request, expeditious conciliation and arbitration of matters.

The applicant is to keep the other parties apprised of the application. All requests must be made by letter to the Director marked 'FAST TRACK REQUEST' and address the criteria set out in the Practice Direction.
