During September and October, WorkCover WA is conducting a telephone survey with employers to ensure that we understand the needs of businesses.

WorkCover WA has appointed Painted Dog Research, a Perth based market research company, to assist with the administration of this survey.

Information from this survey will be important to assist WorkCover WA to:

• tailor information and educational services to the needs and experiences of employers
• provide feedback to workers’ compensation insurance providers
• enhance management of the WA workers’ compensation scheme.

Employers’ participation in this survey will be highly valued – participation is entirely voluntary and all information collected will remain confidential.
