Director DRD to review Memoranda of Agreement process

The Director of the Dispute Resolution Directorate has informed participants in the WA workers' compensation scheme that he is reviewing processes for dealing with memoranda of the terms of settlement of a District Court action lodged pursuant to section 92(f) of the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981.
