Judge McCann, Commissioner of the Dispute Resolution Directorate (DRD), issued a Practice Direction (PDF - 350kb) on 8 September 2011 that explains how current and new cases will be managed as WorkCover transitions to the new Dispute Services.

This Practice Direction outlines the process that will be followed for all new and current matters before the DRD as they transition into the new Dispute Services from 1 December 2011.

The Practice Direction took effect on 8 September 2011 and ceases at 5.00pm WST on Wednesday, 30 November 2011.
