Conciliation and Arbitration Services Information Session – Wed 16 Nov 2011

WorkCover WA is hosting a number of information sessions on the recent changes to the workers’ compensation laws in Western Australia, and how they affect the provision of conciliation and arbitration services. The changes come into effect from 1 December 2011.

Speakers from the WorkCover WA senior executive team will cover topics, including:

  • key legislative amendments
  • new processes for conciliation and arbitration
  • new application and other forms
  • new online dispute case management system (DCMS)
  • transition plan to new system
  • next steps in the reform process.

There has been keen interest in the sessions and places have filled fast. However there are still limited places available for the session to be held:
