WorkCover WA has previously, upon request and with the consent of the individual involved, supplied information to employers and prospective employers in relation to workers’ compensation claims histories.
Legal advice has recently been received that indicates WorkCover WA should discontinue that practice. Based upon that advice WorkCover WA has ceased to provide the information under those arrangements.
