This month, WorkCover WA has issued a WorkCover Bulletin titled; Provision of Policy Information to WorkCover WA in a Timely Manner.

This Bulletin reinforces the legal obligation of approved insurers to report information relating to new, renewed, lapsed and cancelled policies to WorkCover WA within the required timeframe.
The bulletin has been emailed to stakeholders from the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) and to subscribers to the WorkCover WA Bulletins Mailbox.
