This seminar will address many of the key issues associated with work related psychological injuries.

This will include:

  • What we know about psychological claims.
  • Managing critical incidents in the workplace.
  • Managing psychological injuries. The barriers and interventions for recovery and return to work.
  • Managing claims to minimise impact.
  • Injury management for psychological injuries. How are they different from physical claims?

Audience:
State Public Sector Employees in HR, Injury Management, OSH or Workers' Compensation roles.
