The free seminar provides stakeholders with an update on the health of the workers’ compensation scheme, including claim trends, premium rates, key projects and other data. Attendees will be given information about the Agency’s key projects and initiatives, how the scheme looks, and what we are doing in response to the data.

The seminar will have a special focus this year on Injury Management, offering findings from research the Agency recently undertook, which will be welcomed by the many stakeholders who have requested feedback.

We’re sure some of the findings will surprise you.

The research looked at understanding how the current system operates and how the various parties operate both separately and in unison.

Last year’s seminar proved so popular, a second session was conducted.
