This workshop explains the key aspects of operating a successful contracting business. It covers business  structures, why written contracts are important, definition of a contractor versus sub-contractor, rights of contractors in the construction industry, costing and pricing, progress payments, credit management and debtor management.

The workshop is targeted at people wishing to work as a contractor.
