With around 150 staff, WorkCover WA is a vibrant, customer-focused organisation. We work with workers, employers, and service providers to achieve a workers’ compensation scheme that is fair, accessible to injured workers, and affordable to employers and the community.
Our Offer to You
We offer employees free access to our on-site gym, participation in our Health and Wellness program, professional development opportunities, and free parking at our modern offices in Shenton Park (also close to public transport).
Additionally, employees are employed under the conditions of the Public Sector General Agreement and Public Service Award. These include flexible working hours, 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading, 13 weeks long service leave for every seven years of continuous service, the option to purchase additional leave, and salary packaging options. These benefits are often transferable for employees in the WA public sector moving between agencies.
